FROM THE ARCHITECT
“We treated the site as one composition, expressed twice. Two homes that share a language but speak it differently.”
Muzi Design, Architects
The pair sits on a quiet stretch of Hua Guan Avenue, under the canopy of Bukit Timah. Two volumes rise four storeys, with a cantilevered upper mass above the entry court. Architectural louvres filter the morning sun.
Inside, sight lines run from the entry court through the dining room and out to the pool deck. The wet kitchen sits to one side. The dry kitchen flows from the dining room.
Each home has its own master suite, walk-in, private terrace, and a lift to every floor. Together, the two present one quiet face to the street.

THE VANTAGE
Among the last few elevated plots.
A horizon for the upper floors. Daylight for the basement.
-
THE RISE
Hua Guan Avenue is one of the few streets in the enclave with this elevation gain. 21 and 21A sit on its rise.
-
THE OUTLOOK
The upper floors look out over a low-rise canopy of mature trees and tiled roofs. No high-rise neighbour in your line of sight.
-
THE BASEMENT
The slope opens the rear of the basement to grade — a sunken courtyard brings daylight and air where most plots have none.
